Sony has done various improvements with the upcoming PS4 Pro. Not only the graphics performance is better, but the company has finally decided to implement the SATA-III support with the PS4 Pro, which means much faster storage performance, especially if you upgrade to SSD.

Current PlayStation 4 console only supports SATA-II standard and if you switch from standard HDD to SSD, there isn’t much of an improvement. Since SATA-III interface doubles the read/write and data transfer speeds of the original PS4, the performance improvement should be noticeable, especially with SSD.
