The Nintendo Switch won’t initially be a useful device for streaming fans. In response to questions from Kotaku, Nintendo confirmed there will be no streaming apps like Netflix or Hulu available when the system launches.

Nintendo says “all of our efforts” have gone towards making the Switch a good platform for gaming. Video streaming apps will be “considered for a future update.”

It also confirmed the console won’t initially work with any Wii or Wii U controllers, although support “may be considered.”

Lastly, up to eight user accounts can be created on the Switch.
