Apple has released Night Shift for its Mac computers. The feature, which has been available on iOS for quite a while, is included with macOS 10.12.4. It functions similarly to F.lux, allowing users to shift the hue of their display based on the time of day.

That shift, which will make your display more orange/yellow, makes it easier on your eyes and could potentially improve your sleep.

Night Shift can now be accessed in macOS through Settings or the Control Center.

It was added to iOS with version 9.3 last year.
