Xiaomi Mi 6 was launched back in April this year, featuring Snapdragon 835 and 6 GB of RAM. Now, the company has officially announced a cheaper variant that packs 4 and not 6 GB of RAM. It comes with 64 GB of non-expandable storage. Other than that, there are no changes.

The new Mi 6 variant will first arrive in China, where it will go on sale next week, on November 11. It is priced at CNY 2,299, which currently translates into around $350, and makes the phone $30 cheaper than the version with 6 GB of RAM. There is no information when it will be available in other markets.
