Microsoft has started to roll out the new Windows 10 Anniversary Update for customers in all countries where Windows 10 is available.

The new update includes a number of added features that should make your Windows 10 experience even better. Some of the most exciting new features include Windows Ink, improved security with Windows Defender and Windows Hello for apps and websites, more energy efficient Edge browser, Smarter Cortana, and more. It carries the internal version 1607 and build number 14393. Since it is a pretty significant update, it won’t be a quick download for most of you.

In order to get the Windows 10 anniversary update on your PC, you will need to make your way to Settings > Updates & Security > Windows Update. Once you click on ‘Check for updates’, you should see the update show up as version 1607. Simply click update and wait for the download to complete.
