A product reminiscent of Microsoft’s Surface Hub has been introduced by Google. Known as the Jamboard, the system is a digital whiteboard that’s intended for conference rooms. It aids in collaboration by allowing people to easily contribute content to Jamboard projects due to its integration with Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
When someone is adding to a project, they can easily pull content from the web and jot down notes. Google says the device offers “best-in-class touch response time” on its 55-inch 4k display.
Jamboard also works with Android and iOS devices. This allows people to contribute content to a collaborative project from multiple pieces of hardware.
The Jamboard will be available next year for around $6,000.
